This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Zenvo LLC.
At Zenvo LLC, we aim to provide high-quality branding, software integration, automation, website, and custom digital services. Because our services involve customized work and dedicated project resources, payments are subject to the following Refund Policy.
Our services are customized according to each client’s requirements. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because resources, time, planning, design, development, and project work may already have been allocated.
Any deposit or upfront payment required to reserve project time or begin work is generally non-refundable once the project has entered production.
If a project has not yet started, Zenvo LLC may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you request cancellation before substantial work has begun, Zenvo LLC may, at its discretion, provide a partial refund after deducting applicable administrative, processing, consultation, preparation, or other incurred costs.
Once work has started, refunds are generally not available for completed or partially completed services.
If a project is cancelled after work begins, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
A refund will not normally be issued because a client changes their mind, dislikes a creative direction after approval, requests a completely new concept, or requires work outside the agreed project scope.
We encourage clients to communicate feedback clearly during the revision process.
Integration and development projects may involve technical research, configuration, development, testing, API work, and third-party services.
Payments for completed integration work are generally non-refundable.
Third-party subscription fees, licenses, platform charges, API usage fees, hosting costs, and other external charges are not refundable by Zenvo LLC unless the applicable third-party provider issues a refund.
Zenvo LLC is not responsible for refunds related to third-party software, hosting providers, domains, plugins, APIs, subscriptions, payment processors, or other external services purchased or maintained on behalf of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds will not automatically be provided because of delays caused by:
If you believe a delivered service does not meet the agreed project scope, please contact us promptly.
We will review the concern and, where appropriate, attempt to correct issues that are reasonably within the original scope before considering any refund.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing and should include:
Each request will be reviewed according to the project agreement, work completed, and applicable terms.
Where permitted by applicable law, payment processing fees and other non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted from an approved refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
